Can my computer/operating system run your plug-ins?

The minimum system requirements for all CLUBTOOL plug-ins are:

• 64-bit DAW or plug-in host compatible with either VST3 or AU
• Windows 10 or above (for PC), OSX 11 or above (for Mac)
• at least 8gb RAM is recommended
• Compatible with Intel and ARM (Apple Silicon/"M" Series) Macs

Every product has a free, full-feature demo version available to test the performance on your setup. It's highly recommended to download and try it out before making a purchase.

Are your plug-ins/samples Royalty-Free?

All products are 100% royalty-free. 

Do your plug-ins require an internet connection to activate/run?

No internet connection is required to install/run any CLUBTOOL plug-in. The only feature that requires internet connectivity is checking for updates.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the unreturnable nature of digital goods and availability of full-feature trial software, CLUBTOOL does not offer refunds on products that have already been downloaded. If there was a purchase made in error, duplicate purchase, etc. reach out as soon as possible for resolution.
